 FerroBio™  is an emerging entity focused on advancing research by facilitating RUO cell isolations. Our system targets CD34+ cells from donated cord blood. Research into the therapeutic roles and clinical potential of CD34+ cells is growing, with advances in cell isolation methods rising to meet the research demand. 

 The FerroBio™ process follows three steps: Incubation where magnetic beads bind to CD34+ cells in donated cord blood; Magnetic Separation in which the blood flows through a custom cartridge in the FerroBio™ housing unit and target cells are held within the cartridge via attraction to an external magnet; and lastly, isolation where the target cells are freed from the magnetic beads, leaving behind pure CD34+ cells with ligand-free surface antigen (if desired) for research use.
